Conventional demolition

From authority management to hazardous materials cleanup and gutting to demolition, recycling and disposal, we provide you with everything from a single source. We dovetail all the work in a well thought-out demolition concept, leaving nothing to chance.

Demolition of existing buildings and gutting

For all demolition work in existing structures, we work together with our structural engineering teams. They develop the safety concepts for controlled demolition and ensure that neither people in the construction area nor adjacent buildings are harmed during the construction work.

Industrial deconstruction

First and foremost, we quickly carry out complete industrial dismantling - regardless of whether it involves individual production facilities in large industrial parks or an entire decommissioned chip factory. Using machine and crane technology, the individual plants are properly dismantled and transported away. We dismantle the buildings or, if desired, leave them in shell condition so that they can be quickly reinstalled. A particular challenge is posed by production residues containing pollutants that are still present in the old plants. These are carefully separated by us and responsibly recycled in accordance with the Closed Substance Cycle Waste Management Act or disposed of appropriately.

Blasting

Hydraulic blasting is one of our competencies. For all other blasting work, we use external specialists.
